Johnny Depp and Amber Heard to the divorce

After a little more than a year of marriage a pair of the world of Hollywood is ready to say goodbye and sign the papers of divorce: this time it’s Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, get married last, February 3, 2015 in the actor’s house in West Hollywood, Los Angeles.

The news about their separation came in the last hour, the u.s. media and is more insistent than ever: according to TmZ, after 15 months of marriage, the 30 year-old actress would have advanced to the request for divorce on the 23rd of may for “irreconcilable differences”, by specifying how the separation had occurred from the day before, on may 22, just two days after the death of the mother of Depp, Betty Sue Palmer.

According to some rumors in the request for separation Amber Rose would have also asked for support in money: request that obviously did turn up their nose to the actor, which in the meanwhile had prepared to her once her divorce papers, asking the judge to deny the request to maintain the advanced by the now ex-wife. According to what has been revealed by TMZ the couple would not have signed even a prenuptial agreement, which then allows the two parties to advance this kind of requests.

Depp and Amber, who apparently has not appeared in public together in mid-April, last year, were also protagonists of a tussle with the australian authorities for having attempted to enter illegally in Australia the two dogs of the actor, Pistol and Boo, while Depp was on the set of the new chapter of Pirates of the Caribbean. Recently, the couple was cleared of all charges with fines and a condition to make a video that would warn about what might happen to those who attempted to do the same thing.

A life that is not just boring, one of the two actors, who have always stressed their “freedom”. The actress, who has long claimed to be bisexualbefore he married with Depp has had a long relationship with the photographer and artist Tasya van Ree. For Johnny Depp, however, this was the second marriage: the first was with the make-up artist Lori Anne Allison – from 1983 to 1986 and then divorced and living together for 14 years with the French singer and actress Vanessa Paradis – from 1998 to 2014 –, with whom he had two children, Lily Rose and John.

The couple met in 2009 during the filming of the film The Rum Diary for married a few years later: after the wedding then the neo lady Depp said in Elle that “nothing is a dramatic change. We were together for a long time, so it was a right natural process” and then to remark on his “spirit fiercely independent”.
